Radhia Hadef

Radhia Hadef is an experienced professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as the Marketplaces and Wholesale Account Manager at Charles Tyrwhitt since September 2024, overseeing major accounts in the UK, US, and China. Prior to this role, Radhia worked at Harvey Nichols from June 2019 to August 2024 as a Marketplace and E-Concessions Account Manager, focusing on luxury and contemporary brands on the Mirakl platform. Previous experience includes being a Womenswear & Menswear Buyer at The Production Lab from 2016 to 2019, and Founder and CEO of House of Spring Shoes from 2015 to 2019, a luxury shoe brand recognized with the 2016 Footwear Friends Award. Radhia also held the position of Womenswear Buyer at Monoprix from 2009 to 2015 and was a Retail Buyer at MARITHÉ+FRANÇOIS GIRBAUD from 2007 to 2009. Radhia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Business and Buying from ESMOD International.
