Giacomo Sonnino

Giacomo joined Charlesbank as an advisory director in 2023. As a generalist, he works alongside the CEOs and C-level teams of portfolio companies to develop and execute value creation plans.

Before joining Charlesbank, Giacomo worked as a vice president at Jabil, where he was responsible for supply chain and procurement solutions and services. Prior to that, Giacomo spent 13 years at McKinsey & Company, focusing on large scale business and operations transformations, restructuring and turnarounds, and advanced analytics in the industrials, aerospace & defense, high-tech and media sectors. While at McKinsey, he was chief operating officer, North America, of QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s data and analytics center of excellence.
