Philip Domer

Phil Domer is a Valuations Analyst at Charlesbank Capital Partners since July 2023. Prior to this role, Phil served as a Partnership Valuation Analyst at HarbourVest Partners from December 2021 to July 2023 and worked as a Fund Accountant focused on NAV Analysis at Brown Brothers Harriman from June to December 2021. Phil began a career in finance as a Summer Research Intern at the Israel Securities Authority in 2019, where responsibilities included evaluating regulatory infrastructure for a Securities Token Exchange and researching international exchange-traded bonds. Phil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, earned in 2021.
