Paul Padron is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Associate Superintendent at Charleston County School District since July 2007, where responsibilities include supervising the Middle School Learning Collaborative and the Department of Access and Opportunity. Previously, Paul held the position of Executive Director of Access and Opportunity, overseeing multiple departments including Intervention and Curriculum and Instruction, as well as serving as Principal at Advanced Studies Magnet - Haut Gap Middle School. Prior to their work in education, Paul gained coaching experience as the Head Coach for gymnastics with the City of Charleston and as the Director/Owner at Lowcountry Gymnastics. Paul holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The Citadel and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education from Charleston Southern University.
