Shannon Krisak

Shannon Krisak, M.S.Ed., has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as an Assistant Principal in Charleston County School District since May 2014, while also taking on roles such as Director of Teacher Evaluation & Mentoring, Coordinator of Induction & Mentoring, and Top Talent Administrator within the school turnaround administration team. In addition, Shannon is the Founder and Coach at Find Your Flair since June 2023 and previously worked as a Teacher in both Berkeley County School District and Nassau Suffolk Services for Autism. Shannon holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Charleston Southern University, a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Long Island University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from Siena College.
