Alison Warburton

Alison Warburton is an experienced event management professional currently serving as the Director of Events at Charleston Parks Conservancy since September 2023. Previous roles include Event Manager at The Post and Courier from March 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities encompassed supervising the Bicycle Across South Carolina event and overseeing event promotions. Alison also gained experience as an Event Coordinator at Octagon and held various positions in marketing and public relations, including roles at TribalVision, Alight Public Relations, Raw Elements USA, and Duffy & Shanley. Alison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Rhode Island, with additional education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
