Noelle Hisnanick-Murphy

Noelle Hisnanick-Murphy is an experienced project coordinator currently working for the City of Charleston since July 2021, specializing in Economic and Neighborhood Services and previously holding the role of Development and Construction Services Specialist. Prior to this position, Noelle contributed to the Charleston County Public Library from September 2016 to November 2021 in various capacities, including HR/Training Administrative Assistant and Library Assistant. Earlier experience includes serving as a part-time Library Assistant at Thrift Library Anderson University and a Marketing and Creative Intern at Threshold Repertory Theatre. Noelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from Anderson University, earned from 2012 to 2016.
