Tarleton Cave Pe

Tarleton Cave, PE, currently serves as the Stormwater Senior Project Manager for the City of Charleston since February 2023, bringing extensive experience from a prior role as Project Engineer at Civil Site Environmental, Inc. from September 2012 to January 2023. Tarleton Cave holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Applied Fluid Mechanics, achieved from Clemson University in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering & Science, completed at Clemson University in 2010.
