Andrew Cardella Pe

Andrew Cardella, PE, is an experienced engineer specializing in water treatment and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Plant Engineer at Charleston Water System since March 2019, Andrew has led significant capital improvement projects totaling $120 million, focusing on sludge thickening and dewatering efficiency. Previous roles include Staff Civil Engineer at Reveer Group, where Andrew designed a large sanitary sewer force main, and Project Manager at GEL Engineering, LLC, conducting wastewater treatment analyses and securing permits for treatment units. Andrew's earlier experience includes environmental engineering roles focused on remedial actions, sales support in wastewater analytical testing, and graduate research at Auburn University, where Andrew contributed to sustainability initiatives and waste management improvements. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Ball State University.
