Sean Hayslett

Sean Hayslett currently serves as a Plant Engineer at Delta Star, Inc., beginning in March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Engineering and Manager of Package Engineering at KDC/One Lynchburg from January 2020 to March 2024 and December 2013 to June 2019, respectively. Sean also held the position of Engineering Manager at Cosmetic Essence, Inc. from September 2003 to December 2013, and was General Manager at Manpower Packaging, Inc. from April 2002 to September 2003. Earlier career roles include Industrial Engineer at Hanover Direct, Project Engineer/Project Manager at Abal Material Handling, Inc., and Production Supervisor at Unilever. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech between 1989 and 1994.
