Dba Jim Meeks

Jim Meeks has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jim started their career at EI Dupont de Nemours, where they worked in different capacities from Plant Operator to Human Resources for over 17 years. Jim then joined Trident Technical College as an Adjunct Professor for Business and Quality Technologies. Following that, they worked at Robert Bosch, LLC as the Training and Development Director for 9 years. Jim then moved on to The Home Depot as the Regional Human Resources Director for 2 years. After that, they joined the South Carolina Quality Forum as the Executive Vice President for 10 years. Jim Meeks also taught Business Administration as an Adjunct Professor at Claflin University for 5 years. Currently, they are the Director of Compliance and Internal Auditing at Charleston Water System.

Jim Meeks, DBA, completed their education history as follows: In 1986, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. From 1990 to 1993, they pursued their Master of Business Administration and Master of Arts in Human Resources at Webster University. Finally, in 2020, they earned their Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Liberty University. Their dissertation title focused on "The Leader's Role in Motivating Public Sector Workers."
