Nichole Dunmeyer Mpa

Nichole Dunmeyer, MPA, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nichole currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Charleston Water System since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at the same company from August 2018 to December 2022. From June 2002 to August 2018, they served as the Workers' Compensation & Career Administrator at Charleston Water System. Nichole began their career as a Human Resources Intern at the company in May 2001 and continued in that role until May 2002.

In addition to their work at Charleston Water System, Nichole Dunmeyer also served as the President of SC Employers' Advocacy Association from January 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they worked towards advocating for employers in workers' compensation matters in South Carolina.

Nichole Dunmeyer, MPA, SHRM-SCP, completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at the University of South Carolina from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from the College of Charleston, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.

In addition to their academic achievements, Nichole Dunmeyer holds the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), which they received from SHRM in May 2019.
