Brian Smith

Brian Smith is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently, Brian serves as the General Manager at Hotel Maverick and Devil's Kitchen under Charlestowne Hotels, starting in August 2024. Prior to this, Brian held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Main Street Hospitality from April 2023 to April 2024. Other significant roles include General Manager at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants (June 2022 - April 2023) and DoubleTree by Hilton (July 2020 - June 2022). Brian's career began at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where various positions included Director of Rooms and Director of Food and Beverage in multiple properties. Brian also served as a Regional Operations Manager for Asset Partners and has a strong foundation in hotel management, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1998.
