Carlo Carroccia

Carlo Carroccia, CHA, currently serves as the General Manager for Charlestowne Hotels, overseeing the French Quarter Inn and The Spectator Hotel since April 2017. Under Carlo's leadership, the French Quarter Inn consistently ranked among the Top 15 Hotels in the United States from 2014 to 2023 on TripAdvisor, achieving multiple prestigious accolades including #1 Hotel in Charleston and #2 Most Romantic Hotel. Prior to this role, Carlo held various management positions in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from June 2012 to April 2017, culminating as the Guest Services Manager. Education includes completion of the General Managers Program at Cornell University and a Master's in Tourism Administration from The George Washington University School of Business.
