Andreas Kristiansson

Andreas Kristiansson is an experienced leader in the consultancy industry, currently serving as the CEO and owner of Charlie Foxtrot AB since April 2019. With a career spanning over two decades, Andreas has held various roles, including Studio Lead and Consultant Unit Manager at jayway by devoteam, where responsibilities included personnel management, sales, and recruitment. Previous positions include Unit Manager and Senior Consultant at tretton37, where foundational personnel processes were developed, and Consultant Unit Manager at Cybercom Group, managing consultant teams and key accounts. Early career experiences included founding Blue Pebble Sweden and roles at auSystems Sweden South as a consultant. Andreas holds a Bachelor of Computer Science in Telecommunications from Kalmar University and is a certified SCRUM Master.
