Geanne Weaver-Hepler

Geanne Weaver-Hepler is an experienced professional in employee experience and outreach, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at Charlie Health since September 2021. Previously, Geanne held multiple roles at Fusion Academy from November 2015 to September 2021, including Director of Outreach for the Dallas-Fort Worth region and Interim Director of Admissions and Outreach. Prior to that, at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes from June 2012 to October 2015, Geanne managed a center focusing on instructional quality and staff development. Earlier experience includes a counseling internship at Wilson Classical High School and various roles at California State University and Copper Mountain Community College, emphasizing student support and mentoring at-risk youth. Geanne holds a Master's in Education and Educational Counseling from California State University-Dominguez Hills, a Bachelor's in Psychology, and an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Copper Mountain Community College.
