Jack Elder

Jack Elder is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in full stack development and team leadership. Currently at Charlie Health since August 2025, Jack focuses on complex software engineering projects. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer (Team Lead) and Software Engineer II at Proscia, where responsibilities encompassed backend REST API design and project architecture in an Agile environment. Jack also worked as an API Platform Engineer at Cargill, developing automation APIs and utilizing various monitoring tools. Earlier experience includes tutoring organic chemistry at Varsity Tutors and completing a software development bootcamp with Genesis10, where Jack built a full-stack web application.
