MacKenzie Saunders

Mackenzie Saunders currently serves as the Regional Director of Clinical Outreach for the Pacific Northwest at Charlie Health, a position held since October 2023, previously advancing through roles including Clinical Outreach Senior Manager and Clinical Outreach Manager. In addition to this role, Mackenzie instructs yoga at Life Time Inc. and Flow Lab, and co-founded Fender's Blue Hemp in August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as B2B Sales Manager at Elle Crée, Assistant Studio Manager and Studio Assistant at CorePower Yoga, as well as various roles in child development and youth counseling. Mackenzie holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Arts in Individual and Family Development from Seattle Pacific University, and an Associate of Arts from Lower Columbia College.
