Paul Tyger

Paul Tyger currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Charlie Health since September 2025. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Rula from 2022 to September 2025, including Vice President and General Manager of New Verticals and Psychiatric Services, where responsibilities encompassed launching and managing new service lines, as well as overseeing the medication management business line's growth and profitability. Paul's previous experience includes multiple leadership roles at Better from 2019 to 2022, as well as positions at Oliver Wyman and Bridgewater Associates. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Master of Science in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
