Sarah Mitchiner

Sarah Mitchiner, LCSW, has extensive experience in clinical social work, currently serving as Senior Clinical Supervisor at Charlie Health since November 2023, where responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of clinicians, delivering therapy, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Previously, Sarah worked at Children's Hospital Colorado, providing support to families in the Bone Marrow Transplant and Cystic Fibrosis departments, and at AbleTo Inc. as a contract therapist.
