Ugonma Anyanya

Ugonma Anyanya, MA, LPC, is the Owner and Lead Consultant at Soaring Minds Counseling & Consulting, where services focus on enhancing employee well-being, reducing burnout, and improving workplace performance through strategic mental health initiatives. With nearly a decade of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in corporate wellness, Ugonma develops customized solutions for organizations.
