Charlotte Angels is a non-profit organization founded in 2019 as a chapter of National Angels. The mission of Charlotte Angels is to walk alongside children, youth, and families in the foster care community by offering consistent support through intentional giving, relationship building, and mentorship.


The vision of Charlotte Angels is to create sustainable change in the foster care system here in North Carolina and beyond through the Love Box and Dare to Dream programs. This is accomplished through the deliverance of core values surrounding community, empowerment and hope. 

Connecting volunteers to children and parents in the foster care system through the Love Box and Dare to Dream programs is the vehicle through which Charlotte Angels and all the other National Angels chapters are working to change lives.
