Victoria Scanlon

Victoria Scanlon began their career in 1998 as the Director of Adult Residential Services at Lee Mental Health, managing 50 residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse beds. Over the years, Victoria worked their way up to become the Chief Executive Officer at Charlotte Behavioral Health Care, starting as the Clinical Director and eventually being promoted to Director of Clinical Services and Quality Management, then Chief Operating Officer. With a background in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor and Psychology, Victoria Scanlon has shown a strong dedication to improving quality management and operations within the mental health care industry.
