Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Charlotte Behavioral Health Care is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the operational management of the organization. Comprising the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and two Chief Executive Officers, this team ensures the effective implementation of programs and services, maintains financial stability, and fosters a culture of compassionate care and successful positive changes for the community. They work collaboratively to drive the organization's mission of providing individualized, compassionate care to those with behavioral health issues, addictions, and co-occurring disorders.
