Laureen Kickham has extensive experience in the legal and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a NC Certified Paralegal and Pro Bono Volunteer at Legal Services of Southern Piedmont since October 2011, Laureen has previously held roles such as Customer Service Agent at iQor and Assistant Manager at Dollar General. Early career positions include Team Trainer at Bojangles and Office Manager at Construction Waste Services. Laureen obtained an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Technology from Central Piedmont Community College between 2009 and 2012 and pursued studies at American University from 1983 to 1984.
