Michael Donnelly has extensive experience in environmental management and facilities oversight. Currently serving as a Pretreatment Specialist at Charlotte County Utilities since January 2009, Donnelly focuses on maintaining water quality through the inspection of grease traps and regulation of grease and septic haulers. Concurrently, since March 2006, Donnelly has held the role of Industrial Pretreatment Specialist at the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners, where responsibilities include inspecting grease traps and sand separators, as well as managing waste disposal operations.
