Carly Callans

Carly Callans is a seasoned professional with experience in innovation, technology, and business management. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation & Emerging Technologies with the Charlotte Hornets, Carly has pioneered innovative initiatives, including the launch of the NBA's first commemorative ticket NFT and the establishment of an internal innovation department. As the Founder of Filter Wizards, Carly focuses on providing social media solutions for event planners, while also co-founding Skatekeeper to innovate within the skateboarding industry. Previous roles include WCM CO-Op at Unilever, Director of Marketing at RideTonite, and intern positions at Psychology.com and Wonderlic, Inc. Carly holds a Master’s degree in Product Design and Development Engineering from Northwestern University.
