Eliza Harrigan Lesko

Eliza Harrigan Lesko has a diverse work experience in the field of business operations and marketing. Eliza began their career as an intern in grassroots marketing at the Charlotte Hornets in May 2013. Eliza then progressed to become a Marketing Assistant in January 2014 and later transitioned into the role of Coordinator of Operations in January 2015. Eliza's dedication and skills led to their promotion as a Senior Coordinator of Operations in October 2017 and subsequently as a Manager of Business Operations in October 2018. Eliza continued to excel in their career and advanced to the role of Senior Manager of Business Operations in October 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Operations at the Charlotte Hornets since October 2023. Apart from their contributions to the Charlotte Hornets, Eliza also gained valuable experience as an intern in marketing at ProCamps Worldwide in 2013 and as part of ESPNU's Campus Connection program at ESPN from August 2012 to May 2013.

Eliza Harrigan Lesko completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Studies with a focus on Sports Communication at Clemson University from 2010 to 2014. Eliza also took part in a Study Abroad program at Florence University of the Arts in 2012. In 2011, Eliza participated in another Study Abroad program at Clemson University in Communication Studies. Prior to their university studies, Eliza attended Ashley Hall School until 2010.
