Operations Team

The Operations Team at the Charlotte Hornets is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of various aspects of the organization. This includes managing basketball operations, guest experience, event presentation, ticketing, accounting, radio network, arena operations and security, IT, and technical operations. Their collective efforts ensure that both the team and fans have an optimal experience at every game and event.
