Joan Palmer

Joan Palmer has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as Practice Director at Hartford HealthCare Medical Group since December 2018. In addition to this role, Joan has been the Administrative Director for the Charlotte Hungerford Multi Specialty Group since 2006 and previously held the position of Financial Systems Analyst. Earlier in Joan's career, a role as Billing & Collections Manager was undertaken at The Hartford from 1984 to 1988. Joan's educational background includes studies at Boston Conservatory from 1982 to 1984 and further education at Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
