Sam Rodgers is an experienced Engineering and Maintenance Manager currently overseeing operations at MICHELIN Aircraft Tyre since October 2019, with additional roles as US11 Digital Leader and Site Reliability Engineering Manager. Previous positions within the Michelin organization spanned over a decade, including a focus on increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness and reducing operational costs. Sam also serves as a youth soccer coach for Charlotte Independence Soccer Club, emphasizing player development. Prior experience includes maintenance roles at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lisburn Technical College.
