Tim Schuldt

Timothy Schuldt has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Timothy is currently the President & COO of USL Super League Carolina since 2023. Before that, they were the CEO & Founder of EnterSport North America LLC, where they specialized in brand management, sports marketing, live entertainment production, broadcasting & media rights, and celebrity & influencer partnerships. Prior to that, Schuldt held the positions of President & COO and Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer at Charlotte Independence, a USL Championship professional soccer team. Timothy also served as the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at KanJam AU and General Manager of E-Commerce & Digital at Wild Sports LLC. Schuldt has extensive experience in motorsports, having worked as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Marketing, Communications, Consumer Sales & SpeedwayTV at Speedway Motorsports Inc and Vice President of National Partnerships and SVP Brand Management, Marketing, Communications & Licensing at Speedway Motorsports. Additionally, they have held leadership positions at the Pittsburgh Pirates, Speedway Motorsports Inc. - Infineon Raceway, National Hot Rod Association, and PepsiCo, where they focused on marketing, brand management, sponsorships, and partnerships. Throughout their career, Schuldt has demonstrated expertise in revenue generation, strategic partnerships, ticket sales, licensing, and customer relationship management.

Timothy Schuldt completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Iowa State University. Timothy attended the university from 1983 to 1987. Later, Schuldt pursued a higher degree, becoming an Adjunct Professor in MBA Sports Management at the University of San Francisco from 2001 to 2004. Their field of study during this time was Sports Management.
