La Shaira Fullwood

La Shaira Fullwood is an experienced library and education professional with a diverse background in customer service and program management. Since March 2016, La Shaira has served as a Library Associate at Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, assisting patrons with literature suggestions and library processes while managing customer accounts and training on self-checkout systems. Previous roles include Program Provider for Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont, where lesson plans and educational materials were developed for youth, and Lead Tutor at The Legacy House, focusing on tutoring children in Reading and Mathematics. La Shaira holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Guilford College.
