Rachel Newbury Mages

Rachel Newbury Mages is an experienced professional with a diverse background in library services, customer service, and education. Currently serving as a Library Assistant at Charlotte Mecklenburg Library since May 2019, Rachel has previously held roles such as Member Services Associate at Upper Palmetto YMCA and various positions at YMCA of Greater Charlotte, including Swim Instructor and Aquatics Swim Coordinator. Additional experience includes serving as a Receptionist at Southminster Retirement Community and Compliance Coordinator at Queens University of Charlotte, where Rachel demonstrated strong organizational and customer service skills.
