Benjamin Hearn

Benjamin Hearn is an experienced law enforcement and military professional currently serving as a Police Officer in the Crime Reduction Unit for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department since October 2014. Additionally, Benjamin has been an Operations Officer in the United States Marine Corps Reserve since May 2006, where responsibilities included serving as an Ammunition Warrant Officer and completing over 75 combat missions in Iraq. Since August 2015, Benjamin has also worked as a CPR Instructor at Central Piedmont Community College. Prior experience includes a role as a Security Consultant at CPI Security from May 2013 to 2014, where home security solutions were provided, and serving as General Manager at Planet Fitness in Charlotte, NC, from January 2009 to May 2013, overseeing a $2.5 million investment. Benjamin earned degrees in Criminal Justice and Islamic Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and attended Central Piedmont Community College.
