Christen Phillips

Christen Phillips is a skilled network engineer with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise network infrastructures. Currently serving as Network Engineer 3 at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools since April 2021, Christen leads network architecture planning and performance optimization, utilizing SolarWinds for proactive monitoring. Previously, Christen held progressive roles as Network Engineer 2 and Network Engineer 1. Prior experience includes working as a Student Network Engineer at Winston-Salem State University, where network design and troubleshooting were key responsibilities. Christen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Winston-Salem State University.
