Kay Hall

Kay Hall currently serves as the Assistant Technology Officer and Interim Chief Technology Officer for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools since July 2021. With extensive experience in educational technology, Kay has held the position of Executive Director of Technology Services at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools since 2013, following a tenure as Director of Business Systems Technology from March 2003 to July 2013. Kay Hall holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Supervision from UNC-Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Winthrop University and UNC-Charlotte.
