Kristen Hoyt

Kristen Hoyt is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in leadership and instructional roles. Currently serving as a Program Manager for Talent Acquisition Pipelines at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools since August 2017, Kristen has also held positions such as Assistant Principal at both Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and Rowan-Salisbury Schools. Previous roles include Dean of Students and Title I Instructional Coach, where responsibilities involved facilitating student interventions and developing academic support plans. Other notable experiences include serving as an Exceptional Children Teacher and Department Chair, a Principal Intern, and a Social Studies Teacher. Kristen holds a Master's degree in School Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a licensure in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
