Robert Roy Lunsford III

Robert Roy Lunsford III has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Robert Roy started their career as a Minister of Music at Mount Bethel Baptist Church in 2011, where they were responsible for planning and conducting worship services, leading choirs and instrumental groups, and coordinating with the media team. Robert Roy then worked as an Assistant Store Manager of Operations at Dollar Tree Stores, where they assisted with store functions and operational tasks. Robert Roy also gained experience in the education field, serving as an Exceptional Children Occupational Course of Study Teacher Assistant and a Temp: Audio and Video Technician at Guilford County Schools. In addition, they worked as a Music Director at Eastern Guilford High Clubs, advising and promoting the school's praise team club. Robert Roy further enhanced their skills by working as an Office Support Specialist and Media Assistant at Guildford County Schools, where they performed various administrative and instructional duties. Prior to that, they worked as a Guest Service Representative at Extended Stay America, ensuring a positive guest experience. Robert Roy also served as a Lead Information Technology Specialist at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, assisting with the implementation of computer-assisted instructional programs. Currently, they hold positions as a Direct Support Professional at Easterseals UCP North Carolina & Virginia and as a Soccer Coach at United Charlotte Football Club.

Robert Roy Lunsford III completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Information Technology from Piedmont Community College from 2010 to 2015. In 2005 to 2008, they obtained a Diploma from Orange Senior High. Robert Roy is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology/Cybersecurity/Special Education General Curriculum from Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition, they plan to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Music Performance, General from Musician Institute in 2023. Robert Roy also has future plans to pursue an Accelerated Information Technology Bachelors and Masters Degree from Western Governors University.
