Shawn Turner

Shawn Turner is an experienced professional in operations and procurement, currently serving as the Building Services Support Director at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools since January 2000, and previously held the position of Interim Chief Operations Officer and MWBE Administrator. Prior to this, Shawn worked as a Procurement Manager for the Charlotte Housing Authority from April 1993 to January 2000 and as a Capital Management Group Associate - Employee Benefit Analyst at First Union National Bank from 1987 to 1993. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
