Khadijah Segura

Khadijah Segura serves as the Guest Services Manager at Charlotte Motor Speedway since May 2024, following experience as an Event Staffing Coordinator and Guest Service Representative at Miami HEAT. During the same period, Khadijah worked as a Guest Experience Associate for the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium. Previous positions include Program Coordinator at The Children's Trust and Front Office Coordinator at Charlotte Country Club. In the role of Premium Seating Supervisor at Live Nation Entertainment, Khadijah managed sales goals and maintained client relationships. Early career included a Recreation Specialist role with Mecklenburg County, where program planning and community engagement were key responsibilities. Khadijah holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Johnson C. Smith University and a Master’s in Sport Administration from the University of Miami.
