Naomi Box is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in guest services and travel consultancy. Currently serving as Guest Services Manager at Quark Expeditions since 2011, Naomi has successfully built and developed the Guest Services team, enhancing customer experience through innovative processes, a customer loyalty program, and new revenue initiatives. Previous roles include Polar Travel Advisor, where consistent monthly sales targets were achieved in the Japanese and UK markets, and various research assistant positions that focused on sustainable tourism and public engagement. Naomi holds an MSc in Responsible Tourism from Leeds Beckett University and has completed multiple certifications, including a Teacher and Trainer of Adults Certificate from Humber College.
