Curtis Beatty is an experienced professional with a strong background in event management and customer service. Currently serving as a Member Services Representative at American Express Global Business Travel, Curtis delivers exceptional service to Card Members in the Charlotte Airport Centurion lounge. With over nine years at the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, Curtis has held roles as Duty Manager and Event Manager, overseeing large-scale events and ensuring client satisfaction. As a Tour Manager for various artists since 1995, Curtis coordinates logistics for over 3,000 events, demonstrating expertise in budgeting and contract negotiation. Previously, as Director of Governmental Affairs at the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, Curtis managed campaign budgets and facilitated networking opportunities.
