Erik Stukenberg

Erik Stukenberg is an experienced food and beverage management professional with a robust background in overseeing operations across various sectors, including convention centers, hospitals, and senior communities. Currently serving as Senior F&B Operations Manager for the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority since October 2021, Erik previously held key management roles at FIRSTHEALTH Moore Regional Hospital and Sodexo Food Services, where oversight included diverse culinary needs in distinct settings. With a history of enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness, Erik has contributed significantly to renowned organizations such as the Indianapolis Children's Museum and the Indiana Convention Center.
