Donnie Shell Jr.

Donnie Shell Jr. has extensive experience in community engagement, program management, and sports programming. Donnie currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at Charlotte Rescue Mission and as the Executive Director of Donnie Shell Scholarship Foundation. Donnie also has experience working in recreation and sports management roles at Mecklenburg County and YMCA of Greater Charlotte. With a Bachelor of Science in Leisure and Recreational Activities from South Carolina State University, Donnie demonstrates strong leadership and dedication in their various roles.
