Tori Krause has a diverse background in sales, coaching, and sports administration. Tori currently works as a Sales Manager at Spiideo since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a Coach at Charlotte Soccer Academy, starting in August 2022. From 2017 to 2021, Tori held various positions at Mount St. Mary's University, including Head Women's Soccer Coach from March 2018 to December 2021 and Assistant Women's Soccer Coach from July 2017 to March 2018. Tori was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the women's soccer program, leading the team to the best conference record in 21 years, managing the budget, coordinating travel, and implementing various programming targeting civic engagement, health/wellness, confidence, racial inequalities, and mentorship. Tori also successfully graduated 100% of student-athletes each year within the program. Prior to their time at Mount St. Mary's University, they worked at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they served as the Director of Performance Analysis - Women's Soccer from May 2016 to July 2017 and as a Sport Administration Graduate Assistant from August 2014 to May 2016.

Tori Krause began their education at Davidson College in 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Tori successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2014. Tori then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Sport Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tori began their graduate studies in 2014 and completed them in 2016.
