Amanda Simmons

Amanda Simmons is a seasoned professional with a strong background in instructional design and project management, currently serving as the Project Harmony Site Coordinator for the Charlotte Symphony since September 2022. In this role, Amanda collaborates with music instructors to foster a positive musical community for students aged 7-11. Additionally, as a Senior Instructional Designer at Morningstar, Amanda designs training materials and enhances onboarding processes for the firm's flagship product, Morningstar Direct. Amanda's previous experience includes managing healthcare software implementations at Epic, developing training resources at Cognitive Arts, and leading projects at Northwestern University, where Amanda also earned dual Bachelor degrees in Education & Social Policy and Music.
