Maribeth Baker is an experienced human resources professional and certified coach with a strong background in talent management, change management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Charlotte Symphony since July 2022 and operating Maribeth Baker Coaching and Consulting LLC since September 2021, Maribeth previously held a prominent role as Principal of Human Resources at Vanguard from May 1988 to February 2021, where responsibilities included heading HR for Vanguard Charlotte and serving as a Senior HR Business Partner in risk and security. A graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Maribeth Baker brings expertise in executive onboarding and performance management to drive organizational success.
