Gemma Harrison

Gemma Harrison is a seasoned professional in regulatory compliance and quality control, currently serving as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since July 2023. Previously, Gemma held the position of Technical Compliance Advisor at The Body Shop from September 2019 to June 2023 and served as Compliance Leader and QC Analyst at RB from October 2010 to September 2019. Gemma began a career in quality control as a QC Analyst at Bee Health in 2010 and also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Morrisons earlier in 2009. Gemma holds a Master's degree in Chemistry with Chemical Engineering from The University of Huddersfield, completed in 2005, after attending Ralph Thoresby High School from 1993 to 2001.
