James Childs is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the beauty, travel, and media sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since December 2023, James previously held key roles such as Global Senior Talent Manager at Dr. Barbara Sturm and Global Talent Partner at PANGAIA.
